Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Troy Owens, signalman, directs a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) into the water for recovery operations aboard the San Antonio class amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23). Anchorage is currently conducting the first Exploration Flight Test (EFT-1) for the NASA Orion program.
