NORFOLK, Va. (July 9, 2018) Electronics Technician (Nuclear) 2nd Class Donald Lynch, from Mullica Hill, New Jersey, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) reactor department, receives his certificate of appointment to the rank of petty officer second class from Capt. Richard McCormack, Ford’s commanding officer. Lynch was promoted following his selection for the Meritorious Advancement Program.
