The boiler house is located in the most advantageous posi-tion for supplying steam for the various points herein men-tioned, being accessible to the side track, under which anample coal chute is located, making it convenient to transfercoal to the boilers. The boiler room is constructed with atruss roof in which are located large and ample ventilators,and these in connection with the windows shown on Northelevation (which are made to pivot) afford abundance ofventilation for the room.
