The Fall Festival at Rancho De Las Golondrinas which celebrates Spansh Colonial culture and lifestyle is a very colorful event which is held on the first weekend of October. A volunter bakes bread in an horno oven, an outside adobe structure inside which a fire is built to achieve baking temperatures.
