The meeting place was in the large automobile garage. President Pilcher opened the meeting, with all of his staff of oflScers present. The committees made final reports and were discharged with thanks. E. J. Windier, state vice-presi- dent of the S. A. F., gave a report of the Boston convention. The members showed great interest, especially in the aflSliation question, which was explained by Mr. Windier. Marion Uhlschmitt, of East St. Louis, 111., was elected to membership. The following made application for member- ship: Geo. H, Pring, W. W. Ohlweiler and C. W. Garrett, all connected with the Missouri Botanical Garden.
