Head and thorax pale rufous ; antennae with the shaft white in front towards base ; abdomen pale ochreous, the ventral surface tinged with rufous towards extremity. Pore wing pale rufous, irrorated with a few black scales ; an indistinct dark inwardly oblique straight medial line ; postmedial line very indistinct, dark, «'-^^. Fig. 127.— Ophisma gravata, (^. slightly waved, oblique to vein 3, then erect; an indistinct slightly waved dark subterminal line ; a series of minute black points before termen ; cilia brown, white at tips except towards tornus. Hind wing ochreous yellow, the inner and terminal areas tinged with rufous ; a black subterminal band from below costa to sub- median fold, its outer edge excurved at middle ; some minute black points before middle of termen; cilia white at tips on apical half. Underside of fore wing ochreous, the costa and terminal area tinged with brown, a blackish discoidal point and indistinct post- medial and subterminal lines with a black patch between them.
