Air Force Capt. Brian Guyette, 77th Weapons Squadron B-1 pilot, is the 2017 recipient of the Col. James Jabara Award for Airmanship. Guyette led multiple missions in support of Operations INHERENT RESOLVE and FREEDOM’S SENTINEL where he identified and protected ground troops, precisely delivered numerous weapons and eliminated Islamic State forces and their positions.
