Tour guide Rose finds a wild tortoise on Ithaka island Greece no 1700
Rose lives on Ithaka, originally from Holland, she conducts tours of the countryside and towns and is very well up with local history, customs, flora and fauna which makes the walking tours extremely interesting. Walking on a dry hilltop we came across this wild tortoise that Rose insisted had not been planted in our path but was totally natural.
