Southport, Merseyside, UK 9th March, 2016. Tracey Smith and others, who have completed a 13 hours shift at the Southport and Formby District General Hospital, Town Lane, Kew, protest against the imposition of new junior doctors contracts. The third strike by junior doctors in their contract row with the government in England is under way. The action began at 08:00 GMT is scheduled to last 48 hours - the longest one so far - but medics are once again providing emergency cover in hospitals.
