Matures earlier than the Danish Ball Head; heads are round, have a short stalk, and are very hard. The interior leaves are pure white and of sweet flavor. Especially adapted for sections subjected to long, dry seasons, as it will grow well and produce the finest heads in spite of lack of moisture.
