"Battle in Oriental Skies" is the lead story in Flying Aces magazine from September 1935. Two Japanese biplanes attack another plane as the imperial sun rises behind. The cover art was done by C. B. Mayshark, a prolific pulp magazine artists who primarily painted airplane scenes.
