Sgt. Abbott captured a photograph of Maj. Gen. Charles D. Rhodes, Chief of the Commission, leaving on 15th November 1918. Maj. Gen. Rhodes was attending an international conference to enforce the Armistice terms at Spa. This image was released by the Censor on 7th January 1919.
