At that period he mar-ried, and moved on his present farm of 240acres in Section 23, Scotland Township. InMay, 1876, he established himself in Bardolph,McDonough County, in the manufacture of draintile, in connection with the Bardolph Fire ClayWorks. Ten years later, he sold out his inter-est and returned to the farm, where he has.
