Aquino III exchanges views with Independent State of Papua New Guinea Prime Minister Peter O'Neill during the bilateral meeting at the Aguinaldo State Dining Room of the Malacañan Palace on Tuesday (November 17, 2015), at the sidelines of the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting. The Philippines was one of the first countries to formalize diplomatic relations with Papua New Guinea in 1975.
