All trains are met at the beginning of the term by girls wearingpurple bows, and help is given in securing rooms and are at the Y. W. C. Here an employment bureau is conducted by the general secre-tary. All help is entirely free of charge. The life in the house is made as homelike as possible for the girls bymeans of informal parties, birthday spreads, sings. The headquarters of the Association on the College grounds are on thefirst floor, southwest corner of the Domestic Science and Art building,and these rooms are open to visitors at any hour in the day. The roomsinclude the general secretarys office and the rest-room, furnished with astudy table, rocking-chairs and couches, where the girls may rest or study.
