In 1835 he moved to Vermilion county, where he has been aresident ever since. He located on the present homestead, and herehe has made nearly all the improvements. He was married in Ohioto Elizabeth Thompson. Levin T. Palmer, Danville, real estate and loan agent, was born onLong Island, New York, on the 3d of December, 1814. His father,(Jharles Palmer, was born on the 18th of December, 1790, in Newtown,New York ; he was engaged in farming, and died on the 30th of August,1*22.
