This event is part of the Army’s Combat Physical Fitness Test (ACFT), which is comprised of six fitness components which measures a Soldier’s muscular strength, power, flexibility and coordination. Through competitive spirit and learning, the Army Europe and Africa Best Warrior Competition makes Soldiers and units more lethal to win our nation’s wars, and come home safely. Competitors return to their units with increased knowledge and skills, which they can pass on.
