HMAS Anzac, Brisbane River, 6 March 1963. HMAS Anzac was escorting Queen Elizabeth II on the Royal Yacht Britannia during the royal tour of 1963. HMAS Anzac was a Battle class destroyer of the Royal Australian Navy, commissioned in 1951 and decommissioned in 1974.
