The Library hours for the delivery and re-+urn of books are from 10 oclock, A. M., to 8ociock, P. M., in the Lower Hall; and from 10oclock, A. M., until one half hour before sun-set in the Upper Hall. Every book must, under penalty of one dol-lar, be returned to the Library at such time inOctober as shall be publicly annonnced. No book belonging to the Upper Library, canbe given out from the Lower Hall, nor returnedthere; nor can any book, belongmg to theLower Library
