HATZOR AIR FORCE BASE, Israel (Feb 7, 2019) Airman 1st Class Jonathan Zapata, 37th Airlift Squadron, offloads from a C-130J Hercules during exercise Juniper Falcon 19. Juniper Falcon 19 is a European Command (USEUCOM) and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) bilateral exercise conducted Feb. 7-15, 2019. The exercise is designed to increase interoperability between both nations’ militaries. USEUCOM routinely conducts exercises throughout the European theater with partner nations, including Israel.
