How long should a horse wear his shoes ? Answer. Not over four cr six weeks; then they should be reset,merely rasping the feet off level. Do not cut away at the heels morethan you can possibly help. Question. How heavy should a horses shoe be ? Answer. For all driving and saddle horses, they should wearfourteen-ounce shoes on the front feet, ei^ht-ounce shoes on thk hind - £48 — feet.
