Worlds oldest free standing wall, Gozo, Malta

Part of a temple built by an unknown race, 4000 years ago. It is 2000 years older than the pyramids and is the world's oldest free standing wall. Some of the blocks are the largest in any building old or new in Malta. It is located near the village of Xaghra on the smaller island of Gozo in the Maltese islands in the Mediterranean. Originally the temple may have been 10 meters high and made of limestone rocks which were dragged with out the use of the wheel from the coast two kilometers away.
