MCPO Charles Cartwright presents the urn containing the remains of CDR Harold Schwartz to CDR Robert James, commanding officer of the tank landing ship USS RACINE, during burial at sea services for the retired Navy doctor. Schwartz served as a doctor assigned to the Paratroop Battalion, 1ST Marine Division and took part in combat operations on Guadalcanal, the Gilbert Islands, Marshall Islands and Okinawa. The RACINE is anchored at Iron Bottom Sound off Guadalcanal during the ceremony. Country: Pacific Ocean(POC)
