His son Eleazar was a justice of thepeace, and was one of the judges of the Court of Common Pieas from1727 to 1757. Eleazar, son of the latter, was born Jan, 27, 1728, graduated fromYale College in 1748, and was a justice of the peace in 1779. He wasjudge of Probate in same year, and one of the judges of the first courtafter the Revolution, which consisted of himself, Timothy Donaldson,of Brimfield, John Bliss, of Wilbraham, and Samuel Mather, of West-field.
