This 1920 image shows a lady followed by her maid turning to look at a courtesan with her boy-attendant. It is signed by Yeishi, and is one of a series of Twelve Months. This was done for the eleventh month. Hosoi Yeishi  was a Japanese artist who lived from 1756-1829.
