Aboard the Belize flagged 'Chien Chun No. 8' long liner fishing vessel, illegally fishing for tuna, but also catching by way of by-catch swordfish and marlin. The ship is operating out with any regulated quotas for catching of tuna. In the Southern Atlantic, 3rd May 2000.
