Historical photograph of a man posing with a large copper nugget. The sign behind the man reads: "5445 pound native copper nugget. Believed to be the largest copper nugget on exhibit in the world. this nugget was uncovered on the Dan Creek Property by hydraulic placer operation. The property is owed an in operation by the C + P Mining Co. of Anchorage. The nugget was flown in to here from the property by Cordova Air Lines." Undated.
