There is something compelling in these little notices, people will stop and read them and there is no question but sales are quickened and made that would have been missed, particularly when articles they call attention to are priced. Don't be squemish about showing prices. All the best shops in other lines make a point of advertising the price, as being next to quality, the most essential and necessary thing in the sale of their goods. The informa- tion given by the price card is that it only costs this figure and is splendid value for the money. Are you a member of the Florists' Telegraph Delivery Association? If not, why not? You would go to a great deal of trouble to secure the patronage of the best buyers of flowers in your city or community, because of the prestige and profit that would natur- ally occur. If you join the association, and feature its service in your busi- ness as you will then have the oppor- tunity to do, it will add more to your income and fame than any business move you have ever made. Any one of 2,000 of the best retail florists of the country are liable to have an order for your town any day in the week, and you should be in a position to receive it and reciprocate with business se- cured in your ovsTi store.
