National Museum at the top of the hill above Paro Dzong. Bhutan.


National Museum at the top of the hill above Paro Dzong is also known as Ta Dzong (watch tower). This cylindrical or conch shaped building was built in 1649 by the first Governor of Paro, Langonpa Tendzin Drugpa the half brother of the Zhabdrung.
