Herman Hodges, 17th Field Artillery Brigade operations sergeant, receives his ballots for the Iron Chief competition during Yama Sakura 73, an annual bilateral command post exercise involving the Military and Japan Ground Self-Defense force, at Camp Sendai, Sendai, Japan, Dec. 3, 2017.
