Ulger or Ulgerius, Bishop of Angers, died 1149. He wears vestments, dalmatic, cassock, hat and veil richly decorated with gold and gemstones. He holds a crosier in his left hand and gives a blessing with his right hand. After an enamel plaque on his tomb in the church of Saint-Maurice.
