Brian Feldman in front of Rear Adm. Darin Via, Commander, Naval Medical Forces Atlantic. NMCPHC develops and shapes public health for the Navy and Marines Corps through health surveillance, epidemiology and analysis, disease and injury prevention, and public health consultation.
