Air Station Borinquen celebrated the unit’s change of command ceremony June 17, 2022 at the base aircraft hangar in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. During the ceremony, Capt. Lawrence Gaillard relieved Capt. Tina Peña as the new commanding officer of Air Station Borinquen.
