Air Force Lt. Gen. Richard Clark, 3rd Air Force commander, presents a gift on behalf of Air Force to Sadou Soloke, governor of Agadez, Niger, during a visit to Air Base 201 in Agadez, Nov. 24, 2016. During a three day trip, Clark visited Airmen in Europe and Africa who support the Air Force's intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance mission. This was Clark's first visit to NAS Sigonella, Niamey and Agadez as 3rd Air Force commander.
