Philipsburg, St. Maarten - Jan. 16, 2013: Tourists on Great Bay Beach, in Philipsburg, St. Maarten. The beach was refreshed with new sand that was dredged from the harbor to allow for larger cruise ships. It is now one of the longest beaches on the island.
