CAM RAHN, Vietnam (May 29, 2017) Capt. Stanfield Chien, mission commander of Pacific Partnership 2017, says goodbye to a representative of the Cam Ranh People's Committee on the pier during the departure ceremony for Pacific Partnership 2017 Na Trang. Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multilateral humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Asia-Pacific and aims to enhance regional coordination in such as medical readiness and preparedness for manmade and natural disasters.
