Angoulême (16)2009/11 Rabanel, master chef since 1995, from Gascony, owner of the restaurant "L'Atelier" in Arles since 2006. "L'Atelier" received a Michelin "Macaron" in spring 2007. Jean-Luc Rabanel was also nominated "Creator of the Year 2007" by the Omnivore Guide. He was then nominated "Chef of the Year 2008" by the Gault and Millau Guide. In 2008, he opened a bistro called "A Coté", in Arles. In 2009, he received his second Michelin Star for his restaurant "L'Atelier" and was promoted to the rank of "Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres" (Order of Arts and Letters) in October 2009.
