KABUL, Afghanistan (Feb. 25, 2017) — Maj. Gen. Richard G. Kaiser, commanding general of Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan, welcomed First lady of Afghanistan Rola (Bibi Gul) Ghani, to Resolute Support Headquarters. She participated in the Women in Security Advisory Committee here last week, where she addressed opportunities, harassment and expected behavior for all military service members at work. WSAC incorporates the ministries of Defense and Interior in fostering increased recruitment, retention, training and capacity development of women in the Afghan security forces.
