Cross filter andstorage tank, and is pumpedfrom the tank and filter to a supply tank near the boiler roomroof by a small Marsh pump. The boiler equipment consists of four 250-hp Stirling boilerswith independent steel stacks. The boilers are arranged inbatteries of two each.
