As Ireflected the skin, and was proceeding to dissect the brain, it occurred to me to dissectfirst of all the blood vessels that surround the mouth. In doing so, the point of myscalpel passed into a wide cavity, and I heard, on pushing on the steel, that it struckthe teeth. Astonished at this discovery, I called to Blasius to ask his opinion.
