Jarrard, a satellite operator with Communications Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 37, 3rd MLG, about tactical utilization of a Panther 2 on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 12, 2022. Jarrard, a native of Cross Creek, Georgia, enlisted out of Recruiting Substation Augusta in 2021. Communications Marines from across 3rd MLG conducted a Single Channel Radio Exercise to train for tactical employment of their communications equipment.
