Paso was founded four years ago and operates under the direction of Ms. Margarita Centeno. The PASO Center's mission is to promote the dignity and well-being of families through an educational process, with concrete actions and assistance, through values-centered education taking into consideration mainly the poorest, needy and vulnerable people.
