Harefield, UK. 27th January, 2023. The front bumper of an unknown car left by the side of the road in Moorhall Road presumably after an accident. From this week, Hillingdon Council have put in place new parking rules on Moorhall Road by the HS2 compound that will stop HS2 staff and others parking their cars on the busy road by the HS2 compound. The experimental parking restrictions apply from 8am to from Monday to Saturday.
