Over$3,000 worth of prizes are given, neatly en-graved loving cups. Xearly every countryin the world has been represented. Lastyear the long-distance prizes went to Braziland to London. Bona-fide residences mustbe established for the winning of theseprizes. For the convenience of the peoplean immense amphitheatre is erected, with acharming reviewing stand for the Queenand her entourage. Here also is an armvof reporters, photographers, judges andofficials, while 6,000 spectators are seatedaround the arena. So thorough is the or-ganization that the parade starts promptlyon time, first past the Queen and througlithe amphitheatre, then down the carpeteda\enue past a hundred thousand people lin-ing the street.
