Rosarita and Alvaro Prantoni have continued their parents activity, when they decided, after a personal and professional experience of office workers, to follow their mother’ s steps, who owned a stable and produced cheese for her family and for the neighbourhood. Today the Biological Cheese Factory Bordona is a modern company located on the hills of Imola, in a village called Casalfiumanese, in the Santerno river valley, that works on the cultivation of grains, on the dairy-cows breeding and on different kind of cheese production. The family Prantoni follows all the milk processing to obtain an high quality biological production made of: Mozzarella, Caciotta, matured cheese made with raw milk, Ricotta, Casatella, Yoghurt, etc
