Army Soldiers assigned to Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa work together as one rappels down an obstacle at Centre Dentrainment Au Combat (CECAD), Djibouti, Sept. 21, 2022, while participating in the FDCC. The FDCC is a multi-day course held by the French at CECAD that challenges both and French service members by challenging the participants physically and mentally through land and water obstacles and endurance exercises while surviving in austere field conditions.
