We believe that there should be some formof decoration, simple but artistic, and it would bevery appropriate to call upon private citizens for con-tributions of pictures for the walls. Individual Sleeping Rooms: It is desirable wherepossible to have individual rooms and the present low grade of employes may makeopen dormitories more desirable for supervision, wesubmit that until individual rooms are provided it.
