This variety is claimed to be the finest Pole Bean incultivation. The pods retain their tenderness andplumpness long after the beans have attained alarge size. An old variety, very popular for planting among com, andit will give a good crop without the use of poles;vines medium, pods short, cylindrical and tender;beans nearly oblong, cut off diagonally at the ends,white, covered at one end with reddish browndots.
