Alemtuzumab antibody molecule. Computer model showing the molecular structure of the monoclonal antibody and cancer drug alemtuzumab. This antibody is used as a drug in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and T-cell lymphoma (TCL). It is also used in some conditioning regimens for bone marrow transplantation, kidney transplantation and Islet cell transplantation.
