Bee orchid (Ophrys apifera) with pollen sac in situ.
A virgin bloom. Notice the pollen sac (yellow object on the end of a stalk in the middle of the flower) is still there which means it is a fresh new bloom and has not been visited by a bee yet. This sac sticks to the the first bee that visits it and the sac sticks to the bee's head, the bee then cleverly carries this to the next bloom.
